Christopher is the founder of D'Andrea & Associates, Ltd. He provides comprehensive financial, tax, and advisory services for businesses and individuals throughout the United States.

His expertise includes planning, developing, and organizing new business ventures including procuring debt and equity financing, determining ownership models, and developing tactical strategies.

Chris has twenty years of experience in tax planning and compliance issues related to corporations, partnerships, LLC's, and individuals. He has over ten years of experience in drafting business valuations for use in litigation, for ESOP's, for gift tax discounts and for transaction purposes.

He specializes in consulting with small to medium sized businesses assisting in operational issues, crisis management, as well as business and tax planning.

His industry knowledge and experience includes but is not limited to e-commerce, film production, and manufacturing. His current clients' products vary from shoes to prison detention systems.

In order to provide comprehensive services to his current and future clients, Chris is continuously coordinating efforts with numerous ancillary professionals and negotiating alliances with firms that offer complementary services and products.

Chris has created a strong alliance with Farmers Insurance Group/ Zurich providing a wide range of services including accounting seminars, software training, and tax and business planning. His latest seminar is entitled Agency Issues and Strategies for the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. It will be presented this winter.

Chris is also currently involved in the development of several not for profit agencies involved in the procurement of and facilitation of affordable housing for ex offenders.
