Bob is a senior Consultant with specialties in sales, marketing, and all business related issues. He has worked with major corporations including the Internet Division of IBM Corporation, Cotter & Company (True Value Hardware) as well as many small and medium size firms.
He was employed by Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. for 36 years. Bob has thirty-two years of experience in various management positions at D&B locations nationally. At the time, Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. was the world's leading provider of business information with sales of 4.8 billion.
Vice President U.S. Sales
As Vice President of U.S. Sales, Bob developed 3rd party relationships by establishing affinity and reseller alliances.
Vice President Sales Planning
He worked internally and externally with outside consultants to integrate three organizations into one cohesive unit with sales volumes in excess of $700 million.
Vice President Sales Administration
Bob initiated and implemented policies to further enhance the cultural change of the corporation. To further the objectives of the organization, he interfaced with Marketing, Financial, and Legal decisions on a daily basis. He developed compensation programs for officers, managers and sales representative of a $500 million sales force to change focus from product selling to consultative solution selling.
Vice President & Regional Manager
Bob recruited and built a 120-member sales and sales support team with revenue responsibility of $80 million while maintaining operational and fiscal budget responsibility.
